In this pivotal role, you will lead and execute global talent acquisition strategies, ensuring that we attract top-tier candidates who align with our organizational values and business objectives. You will also play a key role in positioning our employer brand globally, managing internal mobility, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our talent processes
what you will do:
* lead global talent acquisition: develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all regions.
* employer branding: collaborate with various teams, including marketing and commercial, to enhance our global employer brand, making us an employer of choice in our markets.
* internal mobility: manage and optimize internal mobility processes, ensuring that the right talent is in the right place at the right time to meet our organizational needs.
* data-driven decision making: utilize analytics and insights to monitor and improve recruitment metrics, making informed decisions that drive continuous improvement in our talent acquisition efforts.
* stakeholder collaboration: work closely with senior leadership, hr teams, and hiring managers to understand and meet their talent needs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
* team leadership: lead, mentor, and develop high-performing global talent acquisition teams across geographies, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

experience and qualifications:
* experience: significant experience in talent acquisition or human resources, including demonstrated success in a global leadership role.
* education: bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
* skills: strong understanding of global recruitment trends, employer branding, and data-driven decision-making.
* language: bilingual in spanish and english, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages across all levels of the organization.
