responsibilities:
1. as a change lead, you will be responsible for shaping the change vision and defining the change acceptance strategy for the project sap s/4 hana.
2. define the appropriate change initiatives including the skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms needed to manage organizational change.
3. measure progress toward the target state.
4. collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.
5. engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
6. provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
qualifications:
1. master proficiency in change management is required and it is desirable to have prosci certified change practitioner .
2. knowledge and experience in sap implementation projects as a leading consultant.
3. expert level of proficiency in journey management is recommended. Organizational strategy, stakeholder management, and change analytics skills are suggested with expert, master, and expert proficiency levels respectively.
4. develop and implement change management strategies to drive successful project outcomes.
5. lead and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions for project stakeholders.
6. create and maintain stakeholder engagement plans to ensure effective communication and buy-in.
7. utilize change analytics to assess the impact of organizational changes and make data-driven decisions.
