- lograr los objetivos de volumen de ventas, volumen, margen y rentabilidad de mondelez asignados a sus cuentas clave
- transmitir, ejecutar y garantizar la ejecución de los planes y proyectos establecidos por la compañía.
- asegurar la excelencia operativa en entrega de pedidos, dando seguimiento a todo el proceso de la orden (proceso del pedido, back order, fecha de entrega, devoluciones de mercancía etc)
- cumplir con el objetivo de inventarios sanos por cliente establecido por mondelez (6-8 wos)
- asegurar la correcta gestión de los indicadores establecidos por crédito y cobranza, de diferencias y de cartera vencida
- asegurar la correcta distribución de productos, su correcta exhibición y nível de servicio en el punto de venta.

- conocer y aplicar con sus clientes las estrategias comerciales de mondelez con base en un plan de desarrollo para cada cliente, realizando presentaciones de negocio con sus clientes para generar planes de sell out y sell in.
- asegurar el cubrimiento de cada cliente con respecto a sus objetivos y manejo de inversión del cliente.
- contratación, capacitación al puesto y desarrollo de su personal acorde a los procesos y estrategias de la compañía.
- administrar y supervisar los recursos materiales, humanos de acuerdo a sus territorios
