- ensure sales engineering (se) groups and external partners have access to the saas demo environments they need, including capacity planning and allocation
- manage code and content updates of all demo environments
- work with se teams on critical deals, ensuring smooth demos by conducting review calls, proactively checking for potential issues, assisting with checking the health of environments, and engaging demo services support and operations as needed
- identify and drive change into processes and the demo cloud portal that will support the ses and partners with delivering demos
- conduct calls with se leadership to review critical deals, challenges impacting their teams, providing updates on demo services, and reviewing metrics
- keep ses notified about demo services maintenance activities
- use analytics to help
