key responsibilities:
* lead corporate initiatives to drive cost efficiencies related to electrical energy contracts and consumption.
* ensure the e2e process for the acquisition of green certificates (irecs) to compensate for cfe's non-green electricity supply.
* secure the market implementation of all relevant standards, guidelines, and studies in electrical engineering, including short circuit study, protection coordination study, and energy quality study.
* lead governance to ensure electrical regulatory compliance in factories, including nom-001-sede-2012 electrical installations and nom-029-stps-2011 electrical safety.
* lead the governance of preventive maintenance of electrical systems in factories, ensuring the creation and improvement of maintenance plans.
requirements:
* 5-6 years of experience in electrical engineering in manufacturing.
* previous experience as line manager or leading projects, delivering results through others with highly developed communication skills.
* experience preparing and submitting major capex projects, including investment budget and participation in long-term strategic planning process.
* ability to lead or contribute to major engineering projects, including significant changes, new technologies or processes, and involvement in project start-ups.
* ing. eléctrico, mecatrónico, eletromecánico, or afín degree.
* intermediate to advanced english skills.
