*requirements*:
- provide prompt and effective technical support, ensuring timely resolution
- debug code, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of issues, bugs, bottlenecks and compatibility issues.
- escalate complex or critical issues to appropriate teams and collaborating with them to expedite resolution and ensure effective communication with monster beverage stakeholders
- document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices
- monitor system health, performance metrics and error logs using monitoring tools and implement proactive measures to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives, implementing best practices for continuous improvement.
