this is a full-time hybrid role for a key account manager for it, located in juárez, chh with some work-from-home flexibility. The key account manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, creating and executing business plans, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing account needs, developing strategic solutions, and working closely with internal teams to meet client objectives. The role also involves frequent interaction with clients to understand their it requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.

* experience in account management and handling key accounts
* proficiency in business planning and developing strategies for business growth
* strong customer service skills to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
* bachelor's degree in it, business administration, or related field
* experience in the it industry is a plus
