responsible for structuring credit transactions including loans, market analysis, and cash management products and managing single-name credit limits. This may involve dealing directly with the client on structuring issues, preparing credit review and analysis for presentation in the firm's risk management approval process. After approval the credit product specialist monitors compliance of credit facilities to agreed conditions, collateral and financial covenant requirements. Roles at this level are responsible for routine operational or administrative work. Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analysis and report preparation. Individuals will have their work thoroughly reviewed and checked by more senior incumbents and will have limited contact outside their immediate area.
