Involves performing a variety of on-site customer service duties to support efficient preparation of packaging, loading, and transporting of customer' shipments to u.s. domestic fedex origination location from international location; responds to customer's needs including product, service, and shipping information; and identifies problemsand resolutions to ensure quality customer service.
*general job description*:under general supervision performs the following activities:- provides on-site customer support by answering customer inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements.- prepares labeling for all packages that will be ground-shipped to u.s. domestic fedex locations for fedex distribution in the u.s.- coordinates loading of shipments at customer's location to met customer's shipping schedules and requirements.- may be required to perform other duties as assigned*minimum requirements*:*minimum education*:- high school degree/equivalent.- proficiency in english (600 toeic points).
*minimum experience*:- previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fedex products and services preferred.- experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
