- payrollmanagement: ensure timely reporting of payroll incidents such ashires, promotions, terminations, and changes in benefits.
- vendorcoordination: set up new vendors and manage payment processes.
-hiring & termination: oversee the hiring and terminationprocesses within workday.
- legal compliance: ensure hr processesare in full compliance with legal requirements for corporate teammembers in mexico.
- talent management: key talent identification,collaborate with leaders to identify high-potential employees andsuccessors for critical positions.
qualifications - bachelor'sdegree in business administration, industrial relations,psychology, or a related field.
- minimum of 5 years of experiencein human resources processes in a similar role as hrbp or hrmanager in a manufacturing plant.
- knowledge in mexico's laborlaw.
- advanced english proficiency is required.
- valid visa andpassport with the ability to travel is a plus.
