*your mission*:as a customer care specialist, you will assist customers from mexico & america with their questions and problems.
*what you'll be doing*:- help customers from mexico & america in order to perceive the highest satisfaction and comfort (currently 60% mexico, 30% us and 10% south america).
contacts will mainly come from sport clubs using the playtomic booking system and from players who make reservations through playtomic app or website- onboard club managers in our saas giving them the right feeling since the first moments they will have with us- report in the most accurate way bugs and feedback coming from our users.
we want to provide the best experience for our customers, you will be part of this process- be in charge of customer's happiness.
