job description: we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented product market readiness analyst to oversee the product configurations within our various systems.
this individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations, managing transition items or skus, tracking inventory and sales data, and coordinating sample provision for necessary product testing.
the ideal candidate will collaborate effectively across departments, including supply chain, product marketing, sales, and post-service, to facilitate seamless product commercialization.
duties and responsibilities product settings management: oversee the configuration of product settings in internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.manage transition items and skus, ensuring timely updates and proper inventory tracking.compliance oversight: ensure all products comply with the regulations and standards of the countries in which they are sold.stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and adjust product settings as necessary.coordinate the product samples for testing and evaluation to support compliance in the country.product transitions: manage transition items, monitor inventory levels and sales performance to determine optimal timing for transitioning to the new items.analyze sales data to identify trends and inform product lifecycle decisions.process improvement: identify opportunities for process improvements related to product settings and compliance management.develop and implement best practices for managing skus and product transitions.cross-department collaboration: work with product marketing to ensure the products to be set in the country and the items that will be substituted with transitions.collaborate with the supply team to ensure that products to be set have a forecast.partner with sales & post-service to address communication issues arising after product launch.education and experience requirements requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related area.a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in sales, channel marketing, product marketing or a related field.position requires excellent analytic, written, verbal and interpersonal skills plus demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.proficiency in pc skills including ms office (specifically powerpoint and excel).must have the ability to react to situations quickly and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
