we are hiring a new account manager - sales who will be responsible for bringing new volume/projects through creating new a&d relationships and managing existing ones, jointly with the sales director who owns the a&d strategy. The scope of work may also include specific market segments development; either directly or through teamwork with the rest of the organization. Additionally, some highly competitive projects and accounts to develop are also part of the scope of this position to ensure proper account penetration and stabilization before transitioning it to strategic sales.
what you will be doing:
* build relationships with assigned a&ds to grow the flow of incoming projects and leverage those relationships during bidding processes.
* develop relations with brokers, architects, designers to create synergies and grow the market.
* general market networking to increase brand awareness.
* follow up on existing accounts.
* manage global accounts.
* negotiate and close projects.
who you are:
minimum qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in design or architecture or related.
* minimum 5 years of experience in sales, public relations, marketing, business development.
* advanced english level.
desired skills and experience:
* experience in sales team management is highly desirable.
* ability to work on different projects at the same time.
* ability to create and grow positive relations.
* follow projects and close negotiations.
