this position is fully on-site and bilingual. Interviews are conducted at our hrpv office in puerto vallarta.
*requirements*:
- fluent in spoken and written english (b2 level or higher).
- must reside in puerto vallarta or surrounding areas.
- high school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- at least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- basic computer skills (microsoft office).
- knowledge of legal procedures (a plus but not required).
*responsibilities*:
- administrative support for attorneys.
- client phone call management.
- assistance with non-litigation legal documents.
- scheduling and confirming appointments for u.s. attorneys.
- drafting, proofreading, and managing legal documents.
- providing client updates and responding to inquiries accurately.
- scheduling appointments and generating leads.
