We are looking for an application analyst to be aspecialist in their respective client application(s) and supportscore functions of the health system's processes.
responsible forclient software analysis, design, configuration, testing, andimplementation as well as application support and issue resolution.interacts with operational and it personnel in identifying,evaluating and configuring systems to meet user and organizationalrequirements.

- analyze operational requirements and systemcapabilities to propose effective solutions.
- understand workflowpractices and how to apply to system configuration in support ofoperational/it strategies, issues, and priorities.
- performs unit,system, and integration testing per standards and documentsoutcomes.
- work with application team to ensure applications arewell supported and implementations are properly executed.
- followdefined standards, promote best practice principles, andparticipate in change control process.
- optimizes, maintains andsupports application/system as required.
- participates effectivelyas a team member to achieve team goals and objectives.
- provideson-call support, troubleshoots and resolves production supportissues.
initiates escalation procedures.

qualifications - bachelor's degree in healthcareor information technology related field preferred; (will considerequivalent combination of formal education and experience, i.e.degree plus 2 years related experience).
- ideally, have pharmacyexperience – either a pharmacist or a pharmacist tech, experiencedisbursing medications.
- possess a combination of technical,analytical, and customer service skills - ability to workindependently, exercise independent judgment, and manage multiplepriorities - critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills -exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to be sociallyperceptive in accepting and relaying information, communicatingpolicies and procedures, and interacting effectively with a varietyof personnel.
