we are hiring real estate advisors and sales professionals who are passionate about the luxury industry to represent patrimo in tulum. You will work directly with the corporate team to develop your area. Our luxury real estate specialists receive comprehensive support from our corporate team, including training, certification, technical tools, coaching, legal and tax advice, marketing support, and more.
responsibilities:
* identify sales opportunities and generate prospects in the luxury real estate sector in key areas of mexico city, targeting high-end homeowners.
* follow up with prospects and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
* assist clients in the purchasing and closing process of real estate transactions.
* collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve sales strategies.
requirements:
* previous experience or knowledge in luxury real estate.
* positive attitude with clear personal and professional goals.
* driven to generate a minimum of 100,000 pesos net monthly.
* full-time availability, flexible hours, and willingness to work on weekends.
* excellent communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into top-notch solutions that result in sales closures.
* ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with other team members and partners.
* knows how to work from home with organization and discipline.
* strong professional ethics and integrity as part of your core.
* own computer/laptop.
