*responsibilities*:- performs, complex duties that vary in methods, procedures and standards- coordinates schedules meetings, arrange appointments, schedules visitors, maintains calendars, and plans travel- exercises judgment aligned with bef5 and leadf5 behaviors- handles and owns projects- handles correspondence and assembles and sensitive information- works independently under instructions in a fast-paced environment- partners with assistants and coordinators throughout the company, sharing knowledge and resources- responsible for upholding f5's business code of ethics and promptly reporting violations of the code or company policies- performs duties as assigned*qualifications*:- minimum two-year degree preferred- 5+ years of experience in the administrative field supporting senior leaders; high-tech background a plus- experience in understanding and navigating business-specific functions to accelerate problem-solving and proactive tasks- advanced skills in word, excel, outlook, powerpoint- must have initiative and be able to exercise judgment- must have the ability to complete tasks without /detailed instructions- project management skills are crucial- must be detail-oriented, timely, and diligentphysical demands and work environment- computer use in an office environmentequal employment opportunity.
