qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
* 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the staffing industry.
* proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint).
* familiarity with crm and project management systems is a plus.
