lead the strategies of the modern channel in the 5 countries of arca continental, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives through the development and implementation of segmentation, pricing, promotions, portfolio, service models, and market monitoring tactics, focused on optimizing profitability, market share, and customer experience.
key responsibilities:
* define service models for customers in the modern channel within arca continental business units, updating them through the route to market methodology to improve performance and capture market opportunities. Develop and manage strategies to keep customer service processes competitive, optimizing service costs in distribution centers and business units.
* manage the feedback process for customer evaluations in the modern channel using the net promoter score methodology, integrating these evaluations into the performance of commercial figures and points of sale to create and execute action plans that improve processes, routines, and customer experience. Foster a culture of active listening that allows identifying and proactively responding to the clients' needs and expectations, ensuring a smooth, satisfactory, and differentiated shopping experience that drives loyalty and positive brand perception.
* collaborate with the countries to define the modern channel, developing and implementing the price strategy and promotion analysis tools, ensuring their availability for efficient decision-making aligned with best practices and market trends.
* define, implement, and continuously update the segmentation strategy for the modern channel, integrating commercial, technological, and digital criteria to ensure personalized attention to customers according to consumer needs, ensuring its effective execution and continuous evolution in the different countries of ac.
* ensure execution across all ac countries by defining and communicating the success photo process and the efficient investment of its components, promoting its constant evolution according to the segmentation strategy and digitalization requirements to guarantee leadership at the point of sale.
qualifications and requirements:
* professional degree in industrial engineering, marketing, business administration, finance, or related fields.
* desirable master's degree or postgraduate studies.
* advanced english language skills, spoken and written.
* availability to travel.
experience:
* minimum 2 years in positions such as sales manager, key account manager, or similar.
* marketing manager, commercial manager/market execution/channel and pricing strategy.
knowledge:
project evaluation, advanced excel, advanced office & windows, sales service models (rtm), customer activations, sales knowledge, iscomm, segmentation, market evaluation system.
work relationships:
commercial managers, directors, sales, purchasing/systems suppliers, coca-cola, external consultants.
