your tasks
objective: improvement of productivity and economic efficiency in the production area assigned with the help of industrial engineering methods of work and system design under ergonomic, material flow and value-adding aspects, and by means of support of the compensation types and work time models introduced in compliance with operational and pay scale agreements.
1. a operational excellence
1. provide support in the implementation of the respective tools, ensuring coherence and uniformity of the methods and tools in cooperation with the plant manager.
2. support regular operational excellence road map reviews.
3. prepare the improvement plan as well as carrying out road map activities in agreement with those responsible.
4. investigate the production and production-affiliated areas to illustrate improvement potentials in the workflow and setup organization, analyzing causes and deriving appropriate measures.
5. involvement in preparing suggestions for improvement and taking over the interface function to cip; initiating improvement processes based on the procedure to be used (helps); implementing suggestions for improvement and necessary measures; forwarding the results to the functions responsible.
6. analyze improvement projects regarding workflows, ie tasks, logistic concepts, processes, and work systems in the production and service areas.
7. prepare and support the implementation of standards for technical or organizational processes and logistic workflows, taking the production system into account together with the functions responsible.
8. perform and agree operational excellence / helps activities with the working methods activities; if necessary, initiate escalations.
9. qualify and guide the helps workshop process within the company in cooperation with the functions responsible.
10. support the transition of projects from ttm to otd in realizing new projects (products) in terms of production-related matters (design to manufacturing); supporting the exchange of experience between production and development (lessons learned).
11. carry out success checks for measures initiated by comparing business management data in cooperation with those responsible (sustainability checks).
12. take over the function of contact for 'lean production', standard work, mtm, sap routings – master data, and communicating the subject to executives and staff.
13. instruct, guide, and support the operational excellence employees at locations.
2. b industrial engineering
1. cooperate in designing work systems to improve the productivity of production process flows under ergonomic aspects.
2. if applicable, trigger correction by the process/production scheduler or independently update the industrial engineering data and fields of the routing.
3. check adherence to planned working methods and calculated cycle times in the launch phase (launch support), updating and processing the indices 'open rating data' and 'the change'.
4. involvement in the capacity planning of resources and relocating products, checking the necessary capacities in the event of significant changes in planning, acquiring necessary data for calculation, planning, and wage payment using the mtm productivity management system and refa methodology.
5. support production bonus implementation projects and proper problem-solving in case of obstacles.
6. calculate baseline performances for different bonus areas, train and mentor bonus groups, regularly track bonus results, and conduct detailed analysis in case of abnormalities, manual interventions based on given standards in cooperation with the relevant manager.
7. accountable for erp pp-av master data regarding work centers, routings (incl. component allocation) and production versions according to ad-00111 and ad-00140.
8. train me key-users, mes, and ies regarding work centers, routings (incl. component allocation) and production versions.
9. accountable for the creation of work centers, active use (e.g. Cr01, cr02); create data according to guidelines (f3050); owner “sap pp-av expert” sap role.
3. c group work (production)
1. coordinate comprehensive and sustainable group work application by continuous support of groups, group leaders, and supervisors.
2. ensure concept-related qualification of groups, group leaders, and supervisors, carrying out appropriate training measures in line with given standards.
3. take responsibility for solving problems during the proper implementation of and adherence to agreed targets and performance indicators of the related group work concept.
4. adapt group classification, monitor requirement-dependent components of payment, informing the respective organizational units.
