*job summary*:
the human resource generalist will run the daily functions of the human resource (hr) department including recruitment and hiring process for all levels, labor relations, employee’s support, cafeteria, transportation, special events, tress & oracle system administration, training, communication, community service, internal and external audits, and ensure company policies and practices.
*1. Education level required*:bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business or related field.
*2. Years and area of experience required*:3+ years of experience working as a hr generalist or similar position in the manufacturing industry.
*3. Technical knowledge*:
- knowledge mexican labor law.
- proven ability to complete full hiring cycle.
- proficient with microsoft office suite or related software.
- proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s hris (oracle)
- knowledge of tress system (desired)
