As an hrbp, you will partner with your business leaders to establish and implement hr strategies that foster the organization and people development. The role is critical in driving hr functional excellence and process improvement. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work, have a flexible skill set, with the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.
key job responsibilities
coach and advise senior leaders on strategic talent challenges.
partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all interests.
partner with the global hr network to support business unit initiatives.
plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the organization, leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures.
successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
support a 24/7 environment that has multiple shifts and a significant staffing ramp during our seasonal peak must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
basic qualifications
completed bachelor degree
3+ years of general experience
1+ year as human resource business partner or blend of operations and hr.
english intermediate - advanced (b2+)
preferred qualifications
master's degree in human resources management or related field is preferred.
strong business and hr acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
experience in logistic or manufacturing industry or distribution center environment.
exposure to data analytics.
human resources experience supporting 500 or more associates. Though not mandatory, prior experience in driving large hr transformation (local or global) initiatives would be preferred.
