Summary
you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The marketing coordinator is responsible to assist the marketing manager to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximise the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.
* maintain a good working relationship with other departments, employees and guests
* transcribe dictated letters, memos, etc. Prepare graphs, charts, statistical research and budget information
* maintain files on promotions and advertising
* process sales & marketing invoices
* collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
* coordinate and support the execution of promotional events, including photo shoots, and community initiatives
* monitor and report on marketing campaign performance
* maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communication channels
* assist in managing relationships with vendors and external partners
* review hotel and restaurant websites to ensure accuracy.
* work with sales and f&b department heads to create special offers and coordinate execution across the hotel and restaurants
* work with f&b manager to create content for f&b
* keep marketing calendar up to date. actualize prior month and tighten up next 60 days. update throughout the month.
* identify partnerships that can be incorporated into marketing to leverage hotel’s online social engagement.

qualifications
* a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience
* excellent project management and organizational skills
* strong written and verbal communication
* digital marketing experience preferred, not required
* proficient in microsoft office
* manages time well, correctly prioritizes and is flexible
* strong attention to detail
* ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
* highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to maintain a consistently positive, cheerful, helpful demeanor
* ability to adapt well to changing priorities and situations without a loss of effectiveness
