responsibilities
the opportunity
join our route intelligence center and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing service costs and driving volume growth. As a route engineering analyst, you will use advanced technology to design and implement strategic route solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our routing processes are data-driven, accurate, and continuously improving.
what you’ll do
* develop and optimize route engineering solutions using territory planner based on business unit (bu) requests through route design managers (rdms).
* apply the latam gold standard route engineering process to ensure consistency and efficiency.
* analyze real-world performance data and refine solutions as needed to enhance route effectiveness.
* generate reports and performance insights in collaboration with the service request (sr) coordinator to track solution delivery.
* contribute to process improvement initiatives for strategic routing to drive long-term efficiency gains.
* ensure sla commitments are met, delivering high-quality solutions within established timelines.
qualifications
who you are
we are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a passion for problem-solving and process optimization.
what you bring to the team
* educational background: bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
* technical proficiency: experience with territory planner, database tools, web design tools, ms excel, ms powerpoint, acrobat, sharepoint, and ms access.
* data-driven mindset: ability to interpret complex business data, develop metrics, and implement improvements.
* strong communication skills: fluent in english, with the ability to present insights clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.
* results-oriented approach: strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
* collaborative mindset: ability to work as part of a team, align with key stakeholders, and support process improvements.
