- responsibilities: develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support business objectives
- collaborate with stakeholders to identify change impacts and implement plans to address them effectively
- act as the primary point of contact for all change management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals
- create and deliver communication plans, training programs, and support materials to facilitate successful change adoption
- assess change readiness across teams and address challenges proactively
- monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, recommending adjustments when necessary
- requirements: proven experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related fields
- strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
